Who Are You?

I’m a Family Member or Caregiver

Supporting a loved one with mental health challenges can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our services for family members and caregivers provide education, emotional support, and advocacy tools to help you understand mental health and become the best advocate for your loved one.

Family-to-Family Education Program

8-session course for family members of individuals living with mental health conditions.

NAMI Family & Friends

an abbreviated Family-to-Family course to accommodate limited schedules.

NAMI Basics

A 6-session program for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges.

Peer-to-Peer

8-session course for individuals with mental health conditions, designed to help manage your health and wellness.

Connections Recovery Support Group

Peer-led support group that provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals living with mental health conditions.

Healing Circles

A safe space to explore personal experiences, share healing journeys, and connect with others for topics related to grief, bereavement, or trauma.

SEA Resource Center & Warmline

Emotional support and resources available to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions.

Restorative Justice

A program that helps individuals in recovery navigate the intersection of mental health and justice issues, offering restorative approaches to healing.

I’m a Mental Health Advocate or Employer

Creating a mental health-friendly environment in the community, workplace or academic setting is crucial for the well-being of everyone involved. Whether you’re in an organization, a faith-based community, or a workplace, NAMI provides initiatives and resources to help promote mental health awareness and support.

Mental Health for the Workplace

A program to foster a supportive work environment and raise awareness about mental health at work.

NAMI On Campus for Academia

Promoting mental health awareness, support, and advocacy in K-12 schools, colleges and universities.

Bridge to Care for Faith Communities

Helps faith communities support mental health issues, reduce stigma, and provide care within the congregation.

Frontline Wellness

Training for staff and employees working in law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, nurses, dispatchers, or other first-responder positions.
